Welcome to the Perlmutter Eye Center Apparel Web Store.  Please browse the selection chosen and let us know if you have any questions.  We have tried to include as much information as we can on each item but if you have questions let us know.

All orders are made custom to your order so there are no returns or exchanges on apparel made for you. So please chose sizing carefully.

Once the store closes the production time is approximately 2 weeks.  All orders will be separated and packed with your individual items inside for you.

If you would like something you don't see in this store we would be happy to accommodate what you are looking for and make the item of your choice

All items were requested to be embroidered on the left chest in all white.  If the color item you chose will not work with white embroidery we will make the change to Navy Blue or Black depending on color of garment.
